Scholarly publishing is in the midst of an evolution from historically exchanging letters among only a few peers to a large, complicated, digital system that connects researchers around the world. We've seen various accomplishments: a growing body of literature, more diversities in the scientific community, and research dissemination at a lighting speed. However, we are also facing more challenges than ever: subscription paywall, predatory journals, expensive article processing charge, sloppy peer review, rogue editors, vanity publishing, paper mills, data fabrication, etc. The following quote from Antonio Gramsci accurately depicts the current landscape:
"The old world is dying, and the new world struggles to be born; now is the time of monsters."
This journal is an attempt toward a better publshing mode for the future by looking at the past, where many journals were illustrated, and academic services were paid. We picked up those forgotten elements as part of our editorial services, striving to open new revenues toward a more open, accessible, and ethical scholarly publishing.

Dear fellow researchers:
Scholarly publishing is in the midst of an evolution from historically exchanging letters among only a few peers to a large, complicated, digital system that connects researchers around the world. We've seen various accomplishments: a growing body of literature, more diversities in the scientific community, and research dissemination at a lightning speed. However, we are also facing more challenges than ever: subscription paywall, predatory journals, sloppy peer reviews, rogue editors, vanity publishing, paper mills, data fabrication, etc. The following quote from Antonio Gramsci accurately depicts the current landscape.
"The old world is dying, and the new world struggles to be born; now is the time of monsters."
This journal is an attempt toward a better publishing mode for the future by looking at the past, where many journals were well illustrated, and academic services were paid. We picked up those elements as part of our editorial services, striving to open new revenues toward a more open, accessible, and ethical scholarly publishing.
